Ready for another improv activity that’s a) great for beginners and b) brings colleagues together in a fun, light-hearted way? It’s time for one of our favorites:the 3-Headed Expert. We like this game because it forces people to think creatively and enter the same mindset as their peers, without singling anyone out.
All the game involves is a trio of teammates working together to answer certain questions. Let’s dive into the details…
How to play the 3-headed expert
Um dieses Improvisationsspiel zu spielen, teilen Sie Ihr Team zunächst in Dreiergruppen auf. Jedes Trio ist dann jeweils ein "dreiköpfiger Experte"! Das Publikum (also alle anderen Personen im Raum) stellt diesem Experten dann verschiedene Fragen, wie zum Beispiel:
- „Wie mache ich ein perfektes Sandwich?“
- „Warum schlafe ich nachts nicht gut?“
- „Was ist das beste Buch, das jemals geschrieben wurde?“
- „Wie ist es, im Weltraum zu leben?“
- „Wie verkaufe ich mein Haus für den größtmöglichen Preis?“
Die Aufgabe "des Experten" ist es nun, diese Fragen zu beantworten. Allerdings kann jeder "Kopf“ jeweils nur ein Wort sagen. Wenn das Trio der Meinung ist, dass es eine Frage beantwortet hat, müssen alle drei Personen mit der Hand winken, um zu signalisieren, dass sie fertig sind. Das Publikum gibt dann einen großen Applaus, bevor es zur nächsten Frage übergeht.
Jedes Trio sollte etwa 2 bis 3 Fragen beantworten bis Sie den nächsten dreiköpfigen Experten dran nehmen. Nebenbei bemerkt: Es ist völlig normal, dass die Leute am Anfang Probleme haben!
To get them into the swing of talking word by word, tell each “expert” to repeat the question back to the audience first. For example, “The – way – to – make – the – perfect – sandwich – is…” It should help get the ball rolling.
