In September, our team members Jolanda and Nikos supported Heroes inorganizing a company retreatin Greece. The retreat took place in a quaint beach town, just an hour away from Athens, where we facilitated team bonding, and an all-hands session. The group exhibited fantastic energy, and participants were provided with personalized SWAG and event t-shirts.
Utilizing Surf Office, they strategically moved away from the bustling city while remaining conveniently accessible. This approach allowed them to foster team unity and concentrate on team bonding without city distractions while retaining the option for a special activity and a dinner inthe historical city of Athens.
The retreat commenced with a welcoming drink reception at the hotel on the first day, followed by dinner and a pub quiz. Day two included a trip to Athens, featuring a treasure hunt and dinner. The final day wrapped up with a leisurely breakfast at the hotel before check-out.
This group excelled in granting attendees ample free time, acknowledging the importance of such breaks in contrast to companies that often overlook this crucial aspect, causing disruption within their teams. Well done! We look forward to assisting with another retreat with such an awesome group!
