Tiiminrakennusmatkamme suunnittelu Venetsiaan Surf Officen kanssa oli ehdoton ilo! Tämä on toinen onnistunut retriittimme heidän kanssaan, enkä voisi olla tyytyväisempi kokemukseen. Hotellista ja kuljetuksista ravintoloihin, työpajoihin ja aktiviteetteihin kaikki oli moitteettomasti järjestetty ja hoidettu. Surf Office -tiimi oli aina kaiken huipulla ja uskomattoman joustava tarpeisiimme nähden. Työskentely heidän kanssaan teki koko suunnitteluprosessista nautinnollisen ja stressittömän. En malta odottaa seuraavaa retriittiämme, jonka suunnittelemme varmasti uudelleen!

And we had the pleasure of setting Icecat up witha work retreatany business would envy. They spent 3 days in Venice, working hard (and playing hard).
They kicked the workation off on Thursday 30th May connecting in Venice and taking in the ambient splendor of the city (as well as its delightful food). The sparkling sights and sounds set the tone for days ahead.
Following up from that came a day of fun and teambuilding adventure. They proudly carried the flag of Icecat’s company culture into brainstorming sessions in the morning and gave insightful group presentations afterward.
Then the group climbed aboard floating gondolas and drifted down Venice’s world-famous canals (with their floating guides of course) The spirit of team bonding flowed as steadily as the waters that run through the heart of the city, taking in Venice’s beauty from a new perspective.
They wrapped the day off with a workshop on Venetian mask painting, giving their teams the chance to creatively unwind while learning the history and heritage of Italy’s iconic mask culture.
Their final day was dedicated to some much-deserved R&R. Rest and relaxation were on the day’s menu, as they split into groups and saw the trip out in style.
We arranged an unforgettable food tour for them, as a final cherry on the cake. Setting out with their trusted guides, we took a group to get their tastebuds around mouthwatering pastries from local bakeries, and some flatbreads that have to be eaten to be believed. We’re told the Venetian Cicchetti was the standout snack of the trip, with artisanal gelato coming in close second.
Icecat sees itself as a family, and after organizing their “family trip”, we can see why. They came away from the trip with unbreakable bonds and group memories they’ll cherish forever. We can’t wait to see where they choose for their next retreat as their presence grows and their connections broaden.
