Their whole team of eight came to stay with us for 12 days inGran Canariawith the aim of taking some time & space to focus on their own business, looking to rebrand and reshape their website.
They wanted to focus without the distraction of client projects and with undisturbed streams of productivity.
It was an intense few days with some long, solid working hours, but, being only meters from the beach, they had plenty of time to relax and surf too. As well as exploring the island and surfing, they took part in other greatteam building activitiestoo like cooking together.
While Parkside came out of the retreat with a new website, they also came out of it with stronger bonds between the team members and a new level of communication that they hadn’t had before.
