How does it work?

• Partner with our expert retreat advisors who tailor their approach to match your goals, budget, and preferences
• Leverage their regional expertise to help navigate the complexities of organizing a company retreat
• Work together to refine and select the best location and venue options
• Receive tailored proposals with pricing and essential information

• Your retreat advisor “craves” for any feedback about the proposals so she can iterate them or come up with new options
• Compare the options and pick the winner (we know how hard is to make the final decision, as a remote company we organize retreats ourselves)
• You might have a certain process for new vendors that we are happy to follow (we are probably already registered in the vendor system you are using)
• After you make the decision, we block the dates and share with you our event agreement, invoice and payment details

• You are going to be matched with one of our superb retreat planners who will help to plan your event from start to finish.
• Each person in our retreat planning team has a minimum 2+ years of event planning experience, majority has 5+.
• Our main communication language is English and all the material are in English but if you prefer, you can be assigned to a retreat planner who speaks natively French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Romanian or Dutch.
• We use a lot of technology (you will receive, for instance, a personalized dashboard that is always up to date).
• But we still believe that curation and personal touch is crucial when organizing events.
• Take advantage of our extensive experience, a large network of vetted local partners and in-depth knowledge to choose fun group activities (many options for CSR activities), book restaurants, order customized swag and organize local events.
• You will save ton of time, money and mental health.
• We’ll guide you each step of the way with tailored recommendations.
