1. A one-to-one chat with one of our planners  📅
   You’ll have a private conversation with one of our retreat experts on the date and time you selected. This is a casual, exploratory call with no commitments.
   
   
2. Personalized proposal(s) delivered to your inbox 💌
   ‍Once you’ve shared hopes and dreams with us, we immediately get to work storyboarding and pricing up your retreat. We’ll send you a proposal(s) a few days after the first call.
   
   

3. A chance to give us feedback on your proposals 🙏
   ‍We love to get everything right the first time, but chances are there will be a few things you want to tweak. And that’s fine. With our network of 1500+ venues and over 100 locations, it’s easy to find a budget, location or venue layout to suit your needs.
   
   

4. We fine-tune the proposal(s) and send them back to you ♻️
   Once we’ve received your feedback, we can get back to work tailoring your proposal(s). In our experience, it takes about three to eight proposals to perfect the recipe.
   
   

5. You confirm the proposal and lock in your booking 🤝Once you confirm the proposal and dates, our retreat expert will send you the booking confirmation and payment details for the deposit.
   
   

6. Our retreat planning team takes the reigns 💪
   We’ve organised company retreats for thousands of businesses, and we’ve learned a few tricks of the trade along the way. Together with your dedicated retreat expert, you’ll build a schedule, synchronise transfers, choose team-building activities and more.
