Invisionis a tech company that allows users from around the world to create exceptional digital products and experiences by pairing interactive prototypes with design feedback, to create an easy and smooth development process.

With coworkers located around the world, Invision flew their team to the beautiful coastal fishing village ofEriceira, to come together, hack on ideas and boost team morale while enjoying some stand up paddle surfing and incredible seafood meals.

The highlight for team members was being able to come together and work on changing and developing the design process while building relationships with one another face to face that they had already spent time building online.

It was wonderful to see the productivity and collaboration that came out of Invisision’s retreat and we’re so excited to see the amazing things this team is going to accomplish in the future.
