We'll take care of booking your accommodation, workspace, activities, transfers, restaurants and entertainment.
We’ll research new activity, restaurant and entertainment options outside of our current portfolio based on your needs.
You'll get regular calls during the planning process and a direct communication line to your retreat planner to help you with booking, research, all vendor communications and to provide local expertise on restaurants, entertainment and more.
You will also have a member of our team available to assist you during set hours while onsite, to handle communications with vendors and give you a hand where needed.
On top of that, you'll get a personalised interactive dashboard that can be used as your event home page for your team members as well as your main planning document.
The dashboard can be adjusted to your specific needs.
Detailed responsibilities of your dedicated retreat planner and onsite support: ○ Booking (accommodation including additional nights within budget, activities, meeting spaces, restaurants, transfers) ○ Vendor communications (includes hotel, workspace, activity, transportation & other providers) ○ Researching new options outside of our current portfolio ○ Managing activities and providers set up (workspace equipment, restaurant setups, activities etc.) ○ Researching and managing additional providers (entertainment, external catering, printing etc.) ○ Visa assistance ○ Onsite team member is there to support you during your event on selected days during regular working hours ○ Troubleshooting and tech support

We'll take care or booking your accommodation, workspace, activities, transfers, restaurants and entertainment. On top of that, we can also help arrange your flights.
You'll be assigned a retreat manager who will be your main POC from start to finish. They will help you plan your event, use their expertise to give you tips on how to best build your agenda and give you local insight.
The retreat manager is available to travel to your chosen location for pre-retreat onsite visits and venue tours.
The retreat manager will also be onsite with you to take care of all the logistics, deal with all vendors and to make sure your event runs smoothly.

Detailed responsibilities of your dedicated retreat manager: ○ Booking (accommodation including additional nights within budget, activities, meeting spaces, restaurants, transfers) ○ Flight booking through our travel partner ○ Vendor communications (includes hotel, workspace, activity, transportation & other providers) ○ Researching new options outside of our current portfolio ○ Managing activities and providers set up (workspace equipment, restaurant setups, activities etc.) ○ Researching and managing additional providers (entertainment, external catering, printing etc.)Visa assistance ○ Onsite team member is there to manage your event from check-in to check-out including: - Managing all aspects of the retreat on client's behalf within pre-agreed scope - Making sure that everything is set up accordingly, tech checks and necessary reviews with vendors - All vendor communications and management - Shopping - Printing - Pickups - Additional staff procurement and management - Registration set up and management - Assistance in case of emergency ○ Troubleshooting and tech support
