You receive detailed personalized proposals of vetted hotels that fit your budget and vibe.
What vetted hotels mean?
We visited them, inspected them and built strong relationships over years.
You contacted 50+ hotels, and your inbox is exploding.
There is always some issue: no availability, no meeting space, not enough rooms, no vibes, it’s over budget.
Hotels you liked the most didn't even reply.

Long, confusing contract from a hotel with sneaky conditions that make it impossible to cancel or make any significant changes after you pay.
You need to talk to a lawyer but the hotel threatens to cancel your reservationif you don’t pay the deposit in 24 hours.
If something goes differently than planned, you can lose a lot of money.

You share our form with your colleagues, we take care of everything.
You contacted 8 transfer companies and the price difference is in multiples.
Are they going to deliver? Ouch, they cancelled 2 days before the arrival.
Now I have to find an alternative but it’s high season, nobody has availability and prices are ridiculous.
Is there Uber? I think I found one company. The arrival day, here we come. It looks like 26 flights of my colleagues are cancelled or postponed.
Back to the spreadsheet, whatsapping all the changes to the transfer company.

You chose from our vetted list of restaurants that cater to groups, then you confirmed the group menu from the options we shared with you.
All dietary restrictionscollected seamlessly and restaurants are aligned to cover for every guest.
Shannon and Miguel recommended some epic options to me on Slack.
Damn, they don't accept groups. Let’s leave Google Maps and ChatGPT do the magic.
How can I find restaurants that have enough capacity?
Why is nobody replying to my emails?
The person who picked up the phone doesn't speak English, and on top of that, I have to pay a full deposit.
Not sure I'm comfortable with that but I don't want to lose my only option.
I arrived with the group to the restaurant and nothing is prepared.
Hope the food is going to be good. 4.2 stars on Google Maps is not so bad, right?
Ooopsie, you end up at a steak house and your vegan guests have nothing to eat!
Planning experiences

You pick activities from a vetted list of our vendors. Sit back and relax, you say the word and SO gets done.
You receive frequent updates about the retreat evolvement and only have to say yes or no.
With all that time back in your hands now you the chance to keep up wit your work and projects.
You start with researching options to see what is possible.
You are working more hours than you should, working longerto overlap with hotel timezone, your inbox count is escalating exponentially, closer to event date you barely have time for yourself, and you still have to chase that long list of attendees to give you their updated flight info.
Then you try to find vendors. Some of them don't cater to groups, others don't have availability and the rest want to cheat you.
The contact person is requesting that you pay in full via wire transfer to their personal bank account.
Their rating on Google Maps is okey. Look there is a 5-star review from an old couple from Sweden. Hope this vendor will show up and nail down the experience for 50 people…

Trying to reach your contractor but only have the office phone cause you didn’t think to ask for the contact of the person in charge on the day.
