Surf Office presents options in a really easy to understand way with clear benefits and an understanding of what the vibe’s going to be, so I knew that I could execute my vision of what I wanted the culture of the retreat to feel like very easily.

This October, token.com’s remote team of 40 employees came together in the charming Italian village of Piedmont to embrace history, make memories and spend time bonding over biking, bonfires and more.
With employees spread out across the globe, token.com’s three-day retreat offered a way for team members to connect on a deeper level, while participating in presentation’s that helped everyone get clear on the company’s vision for the future.
The goal was to get everyone pumped and energized to take on the next challenge and our team was ready to help make that happen.
To start? An epic homebase. The team opted for a beautiful castle stretching over an historic castello and village with plenty of space for connection and innovation.
Add to that activities — like archery, historical tours of the castle, an evening bonfire where team members could drop-in to socialize and a legendary castle party (DJ included) — and the result was the perfect recipe for an unforgettable retreat.
Throughout their stay our retreat planner Barbora was onsite every step of the way, to help with any details and ensure everything ran smoothly from airport shuttles to backend coordinating with activity hosts. This way, the token.com team could focus on the important things, like having fun.
