Finding a perfect venue is half of the battle. We do all the legwork, so you don't have to.

Our dedicated hotel team does mystery shopping, site visits, Wi-Fi tests, vibe checks and making sure that all the details are correct. All before you contact us.

We build long-term partnerships if the venue is a good fit. Surf Office only accepts 3% of venues. It took us many year to learn which ones are those. There is a lot of crap there, often with a shiny website.

You might be looking for a venue where you can have a full buyout or exclusivity. About 17% of our customers choose one of these two options.

BUYOUTS

Include all guest rooms, function spaces, pools, and most areas of the hotel or resort. However, the property may allow outside guests access to restaurants, the spa, meeting rooms and golf courses, or private residences.

EXCLUSIVITY

Provides a complete takeover of the hotel or resort – with no outside use of any areas of the property. Exclusivity is always going to have a higher fee.
