Oahu is usually the most practical choice because Honolulu has the strongest flight access, hotel options, restaurants, and team-building activities. Most teams fly into Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL) in Honolulu. Oahu is easiest for group logistics, while Maui’s Kahului Airport (OGG), Kona International Airport (KOA), and Lihue Airport (LIH) are useful for island-specific retreats.
