+ Fresh coffee and additional barista services are offered along with a snackbar where workers can purchase refreshments at an extra cost.. 

- The air-conditioning could be better, so it would be ideal to dress in layers if you want to stay comfortable.

- This facility is on the pricier side but the ambience helps make up for it.

- Due to the seemingly thin walls of some of the closed office spaces, consider bringing headphones if neighbors play music or take calls in their dedicated spaces.
