We went into talks with SurfOffice and hit it off with the founders to make this happen. Theres a team that will guide you through the choice and a platform for when you are to arrive with an agenda. Our team likes to bring in community members to these types of events and the crew is excited. The onboarding is going well and we paid the deposit, and we're looking forward to the trip. Our party had to reduce significantly due to constraints and the team has been accomodating so far. 5* everyone had a good time and Rayna on site made everyone feel comfortable.

It works especially well for remote teams looking for a corporate retreat in Costa Rica that combines productive work sessions with surfing, hiking, wellness, and nature experiences.
Costa Rica stands out for its biodiversity, eco-tourism infrastructure, and stable travel experience. Teams can move between jungle lodges, beach towns, waterfalls, hot springs, and national parks while still benefiting from good roads, reliable hospitality, and organized group activities.
Most international teams arrive through Juan Santamaría International Airport (SJO) near San José or Daniel Oduber Quirós International Airport (LIR) in Liberia. Liberia is usually better for Guanacaste beach destinations, while San José is more practical for central and southern Costa Rica itineraries.
The dry season from December to April is the most popular period for a Costa Rica retreat because of sunnier weather and easier transportation. May, June, and November can also work very well with fewer crowds and greener landscapes.
