We went into talks with SurfOffice and hit it off with the founders to make this happen. Theres a team that will guide you through the choice and a platform for when you are to arrive with an agenda. Our team likes to bring in community members to these types of events and the crew is excited. The onboarding is going well and we paid the deposit, and we're looking forward to the trip. Our party had to reduce significantly due to constraints and the team has been accomodating so far. 5* everyone had a good time and Rayna on site made everyone feel comfortable.
The location was great, the areas dedicated to us were amazing and all things we asked for were there - also, I love the shared dashboard to organize.

Yes, Ireland is a strong choice for teams that want nature, culture, and easy English-speaking logistics in one destination. It works especially well for remote teams that want focused work sessions followed by coastal walks, pub dinners, live music, and countryside activities.
Ireland combines warm hospitality, dramatic landscapes, historic cities, and a relaxed social atmosphere. For teams we’ve hosted, the strongest appeal is often how quickly a company retreat in Ireland can shift from productive meetings to memorable shared experiences.
Dublin is best for international access, nightlife, and short retreats. Galway works well for creative, coastal, and culture-focused teams. Cork is good for food, history, and southern Ireland itineraries, while Wicklow and Killarney are better for nature-led offsites.
Dublin Airport (DUB) is the main international gateway and is around 25–40 minutes from central Dublin by taxi or coach. Cork Airport (ORK) and Shannon Airport (SNN) can also work well depending on your retreat location.
May to September is usually best for an Ireland retreat, with longer daylight hours and better conditions for outdoor activities. April and October can also work well if your team wants fewer crowds and lower seasonal pressure.
Most teams plan 3 to 4 days. A shorter Dublin offsite can work in 2 to 3 days, while retreats including Galway, Wicklow, or Killarney usually benefit from an extra night because transfer times are longer.

Yes, Ireland can support larger groups, especially around Dublin and major hotel destinations. In our experience, larger teams should secure accommodation, meeting rooms, private dining, and transfers early, particularly for summer dates.
