Surf Office was an incredible partner in organizing our company retreat in Kemer, Antalya. What helped us most was that Surf Office took over the complete coordination with the hotel, including room allocations, catering, meeting room bookings, program organization, and even reserving a local club. This saved us a huge amount of time and internal effort. Beyond the operational support, Surf Office gave us real peace of mind. Organizing a retreat for around 80 people abroad is a major task, and having such a reliable and proactive partner made all the difference. A special thank you to Elke for her outstanding support. We were extremely happy with the collaboration and would highly recommend Surf Office.

In October, 80 people came together in Kemer. The timing helped. Warm days. One rainy afternoon. Enough sun to actually spend time by the beach and slow things down.
Elke, our Surf Office retreat planner, was involved early and stayed close throughout. With a group this size, the priority was clear from the start: keep things simple, clear, and predictable.
Getting everyone there was the hardest part. Dozens of flights. Different arrival times. Multiple buses. Flights were double-checked, arrivals grouped, and communication stayed tight with the local transfer provider. There was some airport confusion - which is normal at this scale - but everyone arrived where they needed to be.
Once on site, things settled quickly. The team worked mainly from one large meeting room set up in theatre style. It became the anchor for the days. Coffee, tea, and snacks were always waiting. A terrace just outside gave people an easy way to step away without losing momentum.
Mornings were optional and active. One day started with a run and yoga. Another with a Hyrox-style workout followed by yoga. The rest of the schedule stayed intentionally light. Time for the beach. The gym. Long conversations that didn’t need an agenda.
Food ended up playing a bigger role than expected. The all-inclusive setup removed friction entirely. People ate when they wanted, and chose what they wanted. The buffet became the clear favorite. The retreat wrapped with a party at Phaselis Club, running from 9 PM to 1 AM. Loud, fun, and exactly the right way to close four days together.
