Most teams fly into Catania Airport (CTA) or Palermo Airport (PMO), both well connected to major European cities. Transfer times vary depending on the area, but many popular locations are within 30–60 minutes.
May to June and September to October offer the most comfortable conditions, with temperatures around 22–30°C. Summer is hotter and busier, while winter is quieter and more suited for cultural-focused retreats.
Taormina is popular for its views and atmosphere, Palermo offers a more urban and cultural experience, and areas near Catania provide access to Mount Etna and the east coast.

As we wrap up our first-ever company offsite in Portugal, I feel so grateful for the incredible experience we've shared as a team. This past week has been nothing short of amazing, filled with enriching and productive sessions, workshops, and memorable moments.

We have organized company retreats for our distributed 30 people team multiple times with Surf Office and the team has loved it every time.
