Most teams fly into Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS), then travel 60–90 minutes north by car depending on the exact location. Private transfers or rental cars are usually the most practical way to reach coastal towns.
Late spring and early autumn, especially May to June and September to October, offer the most comfortable conditions with temperatures around 18–26°C. Summer is also popular but can be windier along the coast.
Popular areas include Ericeira for its surf culture and accessibility, Peniche for dramatic ocean views, and Óbidos for a more historic and unique setting. Many teams also choose villas or boutique hotels for privacy.

We recently organized our company offsite with SurfOffice, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. This was our second year working with Surf to plan our annual company retreat, and once again, they smashed it. We had a beautiful, restorative and fun retreat just outside of Barcelona that the whole team loved. It was so lovely to have the team's support in planning such a complex event, and they did a great job at helping us stay within budget. Great experience overall.
